We will visit Disney in August Im trying to make dinner reservations- do you need to have aticket to whatever park the restaurant is in or do you just show that you have the dining plan?

Hi Donna! You're smart to be making your restaurant reservations for August now!

Park admission is required to dine at the restaurants located inside the theme parks, even if you are on the Disney Dining Plan. If you don't have the Park Hopper option on your theme park ticket, be sure to make your reservations at a restaurant in the theme park you plan to visit that day or at one of the resort hotels. (The Disney resorts are not located inside the theme parks, so you do not need tickets to dine at the restaurants in the hotels.)

Hope you have a magical vacation!
