Hello, Payal! Thank you for your question for our panel.
You will find that virtually all of the restaurants at
Walt Disney World will have some vegetarian offerings or meals that are not listed as vegetarian that can be adapted to fit a vegetarian diet. You can even find things like veggie burgers or vegetarian sandwiches at most of the quick service locations.
For food with a bit of an Indian flair in the theme parks, check out
Tiffins Restaurant at
Disney's Animal Kingdom. There is a bread service featuring a selection of freshly made breads, alongside a variety of chutneys and dips. Dine on the Crispy Corn Cake, Aloo Ko Achar, and Gobi Manchurian. All of these are on the menu, but ask your server for any other choices that may be available.
Sanaa at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village serves wonderful tastes of Africa and India. Like many of the other table service restaurants, they offer a separate vegetarian menu, but the regular menu includes an Indian style bread service with up to nine accompanying dipping sauces. My husband dreams about this bread service between trips, it's that good. We've also enjoyed a green vegetable curry at Sanaa.
Wherever you go, just ask for their vegetarian options. They will guide you in the right direction throughout your meal - even if you opt for a buffet or all you care to eat meal.
Have a wonderful visit, Payal!
