Hi Teresa,
Thank you for reaching out to planDisney! I’m happy to help with your virtual queue and park reservation concerns.
If you have secured a
virtual queue for an attraction at one park and you initially made a park reservation for a different park, you would need to adjust your park reservation to the park where the virtual queue is valid. Unfortunately, this change is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed, so it's a good idea to act quickly to modify your reservation.
Here’s what you can do:
1.
Change Your Park Reservation: Use the My Disney Experience app or website to attempt to change your park reservation to the park with the virtual queue attraction. Availability can be limited, so it's best to make this change as soon as possible.
2.
Park Hopper Option: If you have a Park Hopper option or an Annual Pass, you may be able to visit multiple parks in one day. In this case, you could start your day at the park where you have the reservation and then hop to the park with the virtual queue after the reservation window opens, subject to availability and park hopping hours.
Tip: Keep an eye on the
My Disney Experience app for real-time updates and availability. This will help you manage your park reservations and virtual queues more effectively.
If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. Enjoy your magical day at the parks!
Best wishes,
~Yael
