Can we take a VIP tour with 13 in our family (including 1 infant)/

    Hiya, Denise.

Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad to see you here again. Before you know it, you'll be on your way to The Most Magical Place on Earth for an adventure full of fun, laughter, and fantasy. I bet you can't wait!

It sounds like you have BIG dreams for your trip, because Disney VIP Tours are an unforgettable way to tour Walt Disney World Resort. Not only will you be able to enjoy your favorite attractions with reduced wait times (subject to availability), but you'll be chauffeured around the parks with your very own expertly-trained Disney VIP Tour Guide. Your VIP Tour Guide will build a customized itinerary to meet your family's specific needs and be able to share from their wealth of knowledge on Disney Parks' history along the way.

All Disney VIP Tours require valid theme park admission and Disney Park Pass reservations. VIP Tours must be booked for a minimum of seven consecutive hours, and the price per hour varies depending on the season. Unfortunately, VIP Tours only accommodate up to 10 Guests, including infants.

While I know this is not what you were hoping to hear, Denise, perhaps your party could split into two smaller groups and book two separate Private VIP Tours for the same time frame. Your VIP Tour Guides may be able to coordinate your itineraries to be somewhat aligned. So, while you wouldn't technically be booked on one VIP Tour together, you might still be able to experience some things as a whole group. I suggest you speak to the VIP Tour Reservation Cast Members at 407-560-4033 and explain your situation. They'll be able to tell you what is and is not possible as far as meeting your party's needs.

Keep in mind Disney VIP Tours are quite popular, and availability is limited. Advanced reservations can be made 60 days prior to your arrival date, so if you decide to proceed with booking a VIP Tour, I encourage you to do so right at that 60 day mark by calling (407) 560-4033.

Denise, no matter what you decide, I just know you will have a truly wonderful vacation making core memories to last a lifetime. Please stop back by planDisney if you have further questions. We'd be happy to help.

    You are the magic,
    Alyssa
