Where is the viewing area for the plaza inn paint the night parade dining package?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Shealyn. Three words that always light me up and put a sparkle in my eye are Paint the Night. I'm so excited to hear that you are planning to take advantage of the Paint the Night Dining Package! Let's dig into all the details.

My husband and I booked this dining package last year and it was such a great experience. I can't tell you how wonderfully convenient it was to have a reserved spot to enjoy this spectacular parade. We enjoyed our meal and then were able to continue with our day stress free, knowing that a spot was being saved for us. The reserved viewing area is located in Town Square, just across the street from the Opera House. A couple of additional things to keep in mind are that your reserved spot is for the first parade that starts near "it's a small world" and it will take some time for the parade to reach this area. Oh, but it's worth the wait.

In fact, while we were waiting, Mickey and Minnie and some pals came out for some crowd work to say hello to guests before they had to run backstage and get ready for their shining moments in the parade. There's even a churro cart nearby, should you fancy yourself a parade snack (which I do) while you're waiting. When the parade approaches the area, the lights will dim and you'll start to hear the music. So, put your hands up, ’cause the night is young!

Shealyn, I hope this is helpful as you're getting ready for your magical visit. If you think of any other questions before you visit, please come back to see us. Here's wishing you an unforgettable time at the Happiest Place on Earth. Be sure to kick your heels up when you join the fun for Paint the Night!
