Hello, Kim. It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to planDisney. And now we invite you to relax, let us pull up a chair as we proudly present: your answer.
Part of the thrill of planning is snagging that extra special dining reservation for your trip. You are absolutely correct that advance
dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. I'm sorry that we weren't able to get you this answer before your window opened and I hope that you went ahead with making your dining reservations. More importantly, I hope that you got everything that your heart desired. I'm not quite sure which type of reservations the email you received is referring to - it's quite curiouser and curiouser.
If you didn't get all of the dining reservations you were hoping for, I recommend keeping an eye on the website. Guests' plans change all the time and you never know when availability might open up. I've even had luck securing a great dining reservation on the day of my visit. Talk about pixie dust! You can also check to see if the restaurant you're hoping to dine at offers
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability. This allows you to add your name to the list (subject to availability) in the
Disneyland app. As a guest of the Disneyland Hotel, you also have
preferred access to dining reservations at select table-service restaurants at the hotel during your stay. Just be sure that your hotel confirmation number is linked to the Disneyland app.
Kim, while we were running a bit late (like the White Rabbit) with your answer, I really hope that you've already secured all of your dining reservations. If not, I hope that the information I shared is helpful. Let us know if there's anything else that we can help with as you continue to prepare for your summer visit. Until then, here's wishing you a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Michelle
