planDisney, Lori! I’m so glad you’ve stopped in to visit us with your planning question about the
Walt Disney World Resort. Things have changed so much for so many of us over the last year, but I promise your vacation will be just as magical as always. I’m happy to help you figure out how to make a payment on your vacation package.
If you have purchased a vacation package that includes a stay at a
Disney Resort Collection hotel and theme park tickets, then you can make your payment online via your My Disney Experience account.
To start the process, sign into your
My Disney Experience account and hold your mouse over My Disney Experience in the top right corner of the page. Click on "My Plans" on the menu that appears and when this page loads, you will see your reservation information.
You may see "Remaining Balance" with a "Make a Payment" link. If you see this link, you may click on the link and follow the prompts to make your payment. If you do not see an option for payment, you will need to call (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member, and they will be happy to help you make your payment.
Lori, it’s important to note that we can’t make payments toward our vacation balance on the My Disney Experience app just yet. So, please make sure you are signing on to your account online.
