How do I view my payment history in total? I do not have a balance that I owe

Oh boy, Brian! It sure is swell that you sent in a question to planDisney! I'm happy to help.

If you have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App, log in, click on the stacked lines in the bottom right-hand side of the screen, click on Future Plans, and tap View Room Details. From there, you should see an icon of a blue file folder labeled View Charges. When I click on that link, I can see charges and payments for my upcoming reservation. If you have any questions, call (407) 934-7639 to speak to a Cast Member in the Resort Reservations department.

For room-only reservations, you will pay off your balance when you arrive at your Disney Resort Collection hotel. However, your final balance for Walt Disney World vacation packages (which includes your accommodations and tickets) should be due 30 days before arrival. Also, make sure that you complete Online Check-In through the app before your vacation; this way, you can indicate your anticipated arrival time and go directly to your Disney Resort hotel room using a MagicBand to unlock the door.

Did you hear the latest and greatest news that MagicBand+ is launching TODAY?! You can preorder them right through your My Disney Experience app, and as long as you are at least 11 days before your trip, the bands will ship directly to your home. There are over 30 new styles to choose from, and they will include some fun features, including customizable light-up themes, haptic vibrations, and more!

Here's hoping you have a trip filled with magic and memories, Brian! See ya real soon!
