Hei Hei Anthony,
I’m so glad you brought your question to planDisney, where we are all voyagers who, like Moana, believe that there’s more beyond the reef and it sounds like you do, too!
It also sounds like you and Maui are both wayfinders who appreciate “knowing where you are by knowing where you've been." Currently, you will need to
email Disney Cruise Line to receive a listing of your previous cruise itineraries. Hopefully, this option will be restored on the website in the future since it is fun to see all the places the ocean has chosen for you to explore.
If you are simply looking for the number of cruises you have sailed or want to check on your
Castaway Club level, you can do that on the
Disney Cruise Line website. Select “Already Booked” from the main menu and then scroll down to “Castaway Club.” Once there, you will be prompted to log in using your Disney-related email and password. You will then be able to see your Castaway Club level and ID number. You can also discover the
Castaway Club benefits you receive when you’ve seen the line where the sky meets the sea more than once on a Disney Cruise. I love the downloadable Disney Cruise line recipes on the Castaway Club page. When I’m missing my journeys on the high seas, I whip up one of
Castaway Cay’s famous Konk Coolers.
Anthony, you’re welcome here at planDisney where the tides, the sun, the sky are always waiting for you, so sail back by with any other questions you might have.
Remember, there’s more beyond the reef,
Shannon
