How do I view my memory maker photos

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Heather! It is so great to hear that you have purchased Memory Maker!

For 30 days, you will have access to unlimited digital downloads of all your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos taken throughout the Parks and hotels as well as those captured at Select Attractions and Character dining experiences.

In order to access your media, you should open the My Disney Experience App, go to the main menu by tapping the icon on the lower far right corner, and select the Photos option. Your photo and video gallery will display. If you are using your mobile device, you will still be able to edit your photos. Simply tap on one photo, and you will see several options (Edit, Save, and Share) pop up. If you're using a laptop or desktop, you will also be able to access them from the website and will be able to download and share them (but not edit).

If you have any more questions regarding Memory Maker, you can click on this link, or simply come see us again with ANY question, we love to help!

    See you real soon,
    ~Desiree

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
