Are Vietnam veterans eligible for military discounts? My husband served in the Navy from 1964 to 1967 in Vietnam.

    Hi Julie,
Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please thank your husband for his service and welcome him home for us.

If your husband currently has a retiree ID card from his military service, he is eligible for military discounts.  However, if he served for those three years and his only proof of service is his DD-214, he is unfortunately NOT eligible for military discounts at this time.  Department of Defense photo ID is required to take advantage of Military Promotional Tickets and other discounts.

Julie, I hope this answers your question; please come back and see us if we can offer additional assistance regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
