Hi, Alexandra! It is not necessary to tip the Maitre D' at Victoria & Albert's. At the end of the meal, you would generally tip much the same way you do any other restaurant you go to. Tip is not typically included in the final bill unless you are dining with a party of six or more guests.

So yes, the answer to your question is that you do just tip your server, based on your bill at the end of your meal.
