Can Via Napoli make a pizza on a gluten free crust? If not, do they have rice pasta? I asked this a couple years ago, and at that time they did not. Hope it has changed!

    Hello Jaynee!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   We are so happy you've returned to ask another question about traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort.

My mother had a gluten allergy so I can totally understand your need for both safe and delicious options when you travel.   Walt Disney World does a great job of helping guests with Special Dietary Requests.    You can contact the Special Dietary Requests department before your trip and they can help discuss some of your options.  Jaynee, you can also speak to a chef when you arrive for your meal and they can go over the menu with you and tell you options that will be safe or that they can offer an alternative gluten free item for.

Personally the last time I was at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria the options for gluten free items were pastas.   They still did not have a gluten free pizza crust.  Things may have changed since my last visit so it is always best to contact a Cast Member in the Special Dietary Requests division who can help.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful vacation.
