I am a veteran of going to WDW, however in our many, many trips we have never visited one of the water parks. Can I get some advice on which one to chose and tips please? It will be two adults and 2 kids (10 and 6). Thanks a bunch!

Hi Angie! We absolutely love the water parks! Both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are fantastic, but if I had to choose just one, it would be Blizzard Beach. The ski resort setting is amazing, and even includes a chair lift to take you to the top of the mountain. My best advice is to get there right at opening. We always go straight to Downhill Double Dipper. It's a super fast slide, where you race the person beside you. We love it, and usually get on it several times before the line ups get too long. We use that first hour to go on everything at least once, as line ups are minimal. And then when it gets busy, we relax and float around the park on Cross Country Creek. Be sure to get water shoes, as the ground can get quite hot, especially while standing in line. Don't miss Teamboat Springs, where the whole family can ride together, and my daughter still loves the Ski Patrol Training Camp!

    Hope this helps Angie!
