Hello Veronica ! What would you say is the cheapest way to get accommodations at the Grand Floridian, The rates are always so high. We have always wanted to stay there. Send me some tips. Thanks

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica! I’m so excited to know that you’re considering a Holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! I can’t think of a more magical place to celebrate Christmas with your family! Thanks for sending me your question.

As Mickey’s neighbors, Florida residents get to enjoy some pretty great rates when they visit the most magical place on earth. I suggest visiting the Special Offers section of Disney’s official web site. You can always find theme park ticket deals, promotions for stays at Disney Resort hotels and other goodies meant just for Florida Residents. Right now, the Florida Resident Fall and Holiday Room Offer may be just what you're looking for!

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. It’s also just one stop away from the Magic Kingdom Park when you’re traveling on the monorail! My girls really love riding the monorail to get around. They also really like splashing around in the Beach Pool and kids splash pool at this hotel. Last visit, they couldn't wait until they would hear a bell dinging, then the Mad Hatter’s hat in the play area would tip over and splash all the kids. It was awesome!

Jessica, you may also want to consider a split stay. You can stay a few nights at a Value or Moderate Disney Resort hotel, then spend a few nights at the always magical, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, to help you out when it comes to budgeting. Either way, you’ll still get to enjoy all the benefits of being a Disney Resort hotel guest!

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see me if you have any more planning questions. Helping you with the details of your next magical visit is my pleasure!
