expiration date depending on the number of days purchased and when you begin using them. In other words, if you purchase a 4-day Walt Disney World ticket, no matter if there are upgraded options, the ticket will expire7-days after you begin using it. But if you have a different type of Walt Disney World ticket in question, you will need to reach out to a Cast Member by calling (407) 934-7639. Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume so I recommend calling when phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. PST. Another option is via your
My Disney Experience mobile app utilizing the Chat With Us feature. Simply open your My Disney Experience mobile app, select the
menu option in the lower right-hand corner and scroll until you see
