Hi Barbara! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
If you have purchased
Florida Resident tickets or Annual Passes and need to show
proof of Florida residency, you can do so at any
Guest Relations window, including those located at the front of Magic Kingdom Park. Florida Residency can also be verified at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. If you happen to be arriving the day prior to your first theme park visit, depending on where you are staying, it might be convenient for you to stop by a theme park window or Disney Springs to take care of verifying your residency. For example, if you'll be staying at one of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels along the
Disney Skyliner route, it would be a breeze to stop by the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT or Guest Relations at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Whenever I have a ticket issue, I like to handle it the day before so I have one less thing to worry about the morning of my visit. Often I'll plan to have dinner at
Disney Springs on the evening of my arrival date, so I'll take care of any ticket issues while I'm there.
If you do need to verify your Florida residency the morning of your visit, know that Guest Relations windows located outside the entrance touchpoints generally open 1 hour prior to park opening. Be sure you have brought your documentation for proof of Florida residency. Cast Members should have you on your way in just a few moments.
Barbara, if you have any additional questions, please stop by and see us again. We are always happy to help. Enjoy your visit!
