Walt Disney World Resort is extremely accommodating to a wide variety of dietary differences including vegetarian and vegan guests.
At
Be Our Guest Restaurant, breakfast vegetarian choices include such items as Vegetable Quiche or the Croissant Doughnut. You may also order an adult portion of a kid's meal such as oatmeal or cereal. For lunch and dinner, vegetarian options include French Onion or Potato Leek soups, Quinoa Salad (vegan), or the same Vegetable quiche. For dinner, your best vegan option might be the
Layered Ratatouille!
As for Cinderella's Royal Table, for
breakfast some vegetarian choices include Caramel apple-stuffed French Toast, the Baked Quiche, or Healthy Choice. There are many pastry options available as well. For
lunch and dinner, I recommend the Summer Vegetable Couscous (vegan) and the Lemon Sorbet (also vegan). Yum!
Of course for all of these choices, please be sure to double check before you order to be sure that changes have not been made to the ingredient lists.
