Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nicole!
OH MY DISNEY! How exciting that you are less than a month away from sailing with Captain Mickey! There is so much to look forward to, especially all the culinary delights available during your adventure.
I am not a vegan myself, but I have tried some of the vegan options available on the menus throughout the ship and they are delicious! My favorite is the Wild Mushroom and Sweet Onion Strudel at
Animator's Palate.
My recommendation is to
contact Disney Cruise Line prior to your sailing to discuss your dietary needs if you did not already indicate this in your reservation. They will notify your Head Server and
rotational dining team that you need vegan options.
The chefs and dining service teams onboard do such a phenomenal job to make sure each guest's experience in the dining rooms is magical. Be sure to mention you are a vegan on your first night so they can present all the vegan options for you. Your service team does travel with you to a new dining room each night and will continue to point out the vegan items on each evening's menu. They can even plan ahead for breakfast, lunch and dinner the following day with suggestions for the best dining options and culinary treasures for you.
You can also use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to view dining room menus so you can check out the vegan options before you cruise to your next meal.
Bon voyage and happy sailing! Angie
