Heigh-Ho Sebrina,
Welcome to planDisney and congratulation on your cheerleader’s BID to the upcoming Varsity Summit Cheer Competition. Unlike in previous years, this year things are a little different around
Walt Disney World and in the Competition Cheer World. And I being a former cheer parent and planDisney panelist can empathize when it comes to finalizing details.
As Walt Disney World and Varsity Spirits work together to better accommodate some of the
Disney Park Pass reservations and ticket quandaries, I suggest closely monitoring your email. Varsity has recently released an email, to their Varsity customers, addressing questions about your Walt Disney World Tickets and potentially securing/linking a Disney Park Pass reservation. Families purchasing Walt Disney World tickets, through Varsity, should note there is an expiration date and will need to use their Walt Disney World tickets within the dated time frame. If you are having difficulties making a Disney Park Pass reservation I would like to point you in the direction of the email Varsity has sent.
To summarize the email, Varsity has asked, and I concur, families should create a
My Disney Experience account,
download the mobile app and link their Walt Disney World tickets. Next, via your
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the
menu tab in the lower right-hand corner and select
Chat With Us and message the word
“Varsity.” A Cast Member will respond, keep in mind they are experiencing a high volume of questions about Varsity. When prompted explain you are looking to make Disney Park Pass reservation for your family and have had difficulty due to no Theme Park Availability. Cast Members will do their best to help you secure a Disney Park Pass reservation as well as staying within the limits of park capacity. Cast Members are trying to help Varsity out as much as possible so please, know they are doing their best and will assist and help to the best of their ability. Also, the Chat feature is not available 24hrs a day. Continue to check your email for further information and details from Varsity.
Much Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust on the upcoming competition and may your daughter’s team HIT and perform with Zero deductions.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
