Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, you're as welcome as can be Joanna!
Looks like your magical trip is right around the corner, so let's dive straight into your options for al fresco
dining at Disney's Hollywood Studios! I'll break it down into types of dining so you have a quick reference guide for your visit.
Quick Service:
Dockside Diner - Outdoor seating only,
quick snacks and drinks.
Backlot Express - Basic, solid options - think fries and chicken fingers. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, so bonus!
Pizzerizzo - Our go-to place for lunch. Solid Italian, the
Antipasto Salad is my favorite and plenty of outdoor seating.
Baseline Tap House - The menu is fantastic (I highly recommend the Rib Eye Beef Puff), and the drinks are on point.
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo - the theming is on point and the food is fantastic.
Ronto Roasters - Delicious wrap-like sandwiches and covered outdoor seating.
Catalina Eddies, Fairfax Fare, & Rosie's All-American Cafe - are all located on Sunset Blvd, in a large, mostly covered area. You can get everything from burgers to a Korean Barbecued Pork Belly Bowl (highly recommend!).
Woody's Lunchbox - Great place to grab breakfast and a
Lunch Box Tart!
Table Service:
Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge - walk up only, but you get a fantastic pared-down menu from the
famous restaurant next door.
All the Quick Service locations I listed have
Mobile Order available, making planning meals super convenient. I usually use our time in an attraction queue to let everyone pick their meal and then select a time slot that approximately corresponds with the time we'll be done with the experience. Fun and food = win, win!
Have a magical vacation!
