Vacationing in WDW 94-9/13. How do you organize info to carry into the park each day (ADR#'s, maps, touring plans). What else should be in the organizer? Thanks!

    Valerie,

I like to travel light, so here is what I do. I make business-card sized cards to fit in my wallet.

I have one each for every Advanced Dining Reservation. When I am done with a meal, I throw that card away.

I have cards for each park's attractions. I have checks next to the ones that I want to ride, an "x" next to those I would avoid, and leave the others blank. That way I can remember what I wanted to ride, and leave the guidebooks back in my room. I don't waste my time with an itinerary, as I like to enjoy my vacation, as opposed to feeling like I am at a convention with a schedule I have to keep. I simply navigate the lands in the order recommended by the guidebooks, and leave it at that.

When it comes to maps, I just like the convenience of picking up the maps in the parks. I lose it, no big worries, as I can get another just about anywhere.

That is about it. I like to keep a card with flight info with me, and a card with important phone numbers (resort, dining reservation line, my airline, etc.) just in case I need them.

Please feel free to send me any follow-up questions, if you want me to elaborate on any of these!

    Have a magical vacation!
