Vacationing at Disney World in November. Not lodging at a resort, as we have accommodations elsewhere. Will I be able to purchase Travel Insurance without staying on the grounds?

Welcome to planDisney, Pamela! Thanks for sending us your question about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

While you may be able to reach out to the hotel you are staying at next month during your visit to Disney to see if they offer travel insurance, since you are not staying at a Disney hotel, you will not be able to purchase travel insurance through Disney. Disney's travel protection plan is only available for guests staying at a Disney resort hotel.

There's so much to enjoy at the parks during your vacation in November! Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog. The Foodie Guide is my favorite place to find out about seasonal treats! The blog is also a great place to find out about new experiences and attractions you can enjoy during your adventures at the theme parks.

Pamela, I hope you have a wonderful vacation. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with all the details!
