We vacationed at WDW in early December and there was one cast member who went out of her way to help my family after my son became sick during the MVMCP one night. Is there a way to contact Disney and let them know how great she was?

    Hi Michelle!

I am so happy that you experienced some of the Disney Magic, even if it it had to occur during a not-so-magical time. Over the years, I've had the wonderful opportunity to meet so many outstanding Cast Members. Each of those individuals has sprinkled a little Pixie Dust over our vacation - some in little ways, maybe a pirate bandana for my son on a boat ride, and some in big ways, where they REALLY went out of their way to make us feel special. It is the cast members that truly keep us returning to Walt Disney World!

If you'd like to contact guest services and pass on your experience, there are two main options. You can email at wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com or write to WDW Guest Communications, P.O. Box 10040, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. Be sure to include as much information as you can: The day and time of your encounter, the cast member's name and hometown location, where they were working and why the experience was magical.

Hope this helps! Even though your vacation is now over, I'm glad you have some great memories!
