Our vacation is i 3 weeks and I am trying to book dinner reservations. We have the deluxe dining plan and staying for 7 days. Our kids are 3 and 5. Any suggestions?

Hi, Tricia!  My first suggestion is to be flexible!  Because your vacation is coming up so soon, you may find that some of the popular restaurants are already booked.  You may have to take an earlier dinner or a later dinner, or try to book a breakfast or lunch instead.

Some of the best places to dine with children this age include any of the character meals.  You may still have some luck finding a table at Donald's Safari Breakfast at Animal Kingdom or the Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom.  Other meals that my kids enjoy include Restaurant Marrakesh (they love the belly dancer) at EPCOT and Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge.  'Ohana is another very popular restaurant with my girls.  Located at the Polynesian resort, they have a character breakfast that my girls enjoy, but the evening meal, which features no characters, is also a lot of fun.

I hope you are able to get some of the reservations you want!  For more dining information - including menus and which characters are usually at which restaurant, go to www.allears.net .
