Hello We have a vacation scheduled in December 2020 and we will spend Christmas day at Disney. We will stay at the Pop Century, I would like to know if there is any way for Santa to leave my son's gifts at the hotel. It would be a real surprise.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mariola! I can’t think of a more magical place to celebrate Christmas, than the Walt Disney World Resort!

I have an idea that might work for you when it comes to delivering those very special packages to your Disney Resort hotel.

Did you know that you can have packages delivered to Disney’s Pop Century Resort during your visit? You might want to pack those very special Christmas gifts and send them to your resort a few days before you arrive for your vacation. For a small fee, the Front Desk will hold packages for you or deliver them to your resort room! It’s so easy, here’s what you should do:

Include the hotel’s name and address on your package-

    Disney’s Pop Century Resort
    1050 Century Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8433

Include the guest’s name (on the hotel reservation) and the word “Guest” on the package. Also include your arrival date.

If you have any questions or concerns, you can always call Disney’s Pop Century Resort at (407) 938-4000 to speak with a Cast Member.

Mariola, during your visit, I suggest visiting Disney Springs to enjoy the Christmas Tree Trail. There are so many beautifully decorated trees on display dedicated to some of Disney’s classic characters and movies. There’s so much Holiday fun to be had at the theme parks, too! Don’t forget to take some pictures or add Memory Maker to your vacation to capture some of those special memories.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see us as you continue planning your magical trip. It’s our pleasure to help you with all of the details!
