    Have the 2008 vacation planning dvd, plan on revisiting in 2011. Saw that you can only request 1 DVD per family, is this per year or ever? Thanks for all of your help.

    You can certainly get an update of your free Walt Disney World planning DVD. I always end up giving my planning DVDs away to friends and family planning their trips to WDW, so I find myself frequently needing a new one. I probably request a planning DVD every 2-3 months. They always just send me a new one, no questions asked.
