Had a vacation planned for 4/5 - 4/13 that included resort, tickets, DP but we moved it to June last week. I now see that there is a "special offer for eligible guests" that seems like we would have or do qualify for. Anyone know the specifics?

Hi there, Matt! Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am sure that you are bummed about having to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, but there is a great big beautiful tomorrow ahead! For me, nothing helps to beat the blues more than planning my next vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Matt, you are correct that Walt Disney World Resort has recently released a "Free Dining Offer" for guests who had to cancel their reservations and were scheduled to arrive between March 16th and May 31st. This free dining offer will include a complimentary Dining Plan for each person on your reservation. If you are staying in a Value or Moderate accommodation, you will receive a free Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. If you are booking a Deluxe or Deluxe Villa accommodation, you will receive the classic Disney Dining Plan. All dining plans can then be upgraded to your desired tier, with you only paying the price difference.

Matt, to redeem this offer, you must be vacationing between June 1st of 2020 and September 30th, 2020. You must also purchase park tickets through the package and stay a minimum of 2 nights. Since it sounds like you meet the requirements for the special offer, so I would go ahead and give reservations a call at (407) 939-5277 as this package can only be booked over the phone. The reservations specialist will be able to verify that you qualify for this delicious offer and get you re-booked, if applicable.

I hope that this helped, Matt. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you continue to plan your magical vacation.

    See you real soon!
