I have a vacation planned at Disney World and we are staying at the Contemporary Resort in the garden wing building. We have a garden view room. Does anyone know a good room number to request with a good view?

    Hi Donna!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are going to love Disney’s Contemporary Resort. It truly has one of the very best locations in all of Walt Disney World. You’ll be walking distance to the Magic Kingdom and a quick Monorail away from Epcot. If hunger strikes, you’ll have some amazing dining options right at your resort. My family loves The Wave… of American Flavors, and we have had luck with last-minute reservations. The Beef Tenderloin is my favorite!

I do have some recommendations for room views in the South Garden Building. First, I think the views are better from the second floor than the first, and I recommend the rooms on the far east side of the building. Although they are considered Garden View, you usually have a pretty view of Bay Lake. I recommend rooms 6215 through 6223. The downside to this location is that you are the furthest from the main building, but I think the lovely view is worth a few more steps.

Please remember that room requests are simply that, and cannot be guaranteed. But I always think a request is worthwhile. The Cast Members will do their very best, and you may end up with a beautiful view!

I hope this information helps with your planning, Donna. Sending you pixie dust for that perfect room location!
