    Hello! I got my vacation package through Costco & was able to link my tickets but unable to link my hotel. We'll be staying at Caribe Royale. Thank you! :)

    Welcome to planDisney, Ashlee! I'm so happy to see that in just a few weeks you will be enjoying an Autumn vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for sending us your question.

    Linking your theme park tickets is a great first step when it comes to getting your My Disney Experience App loaded with your vacation details. You will not be able to link your hotel to the app because that hotel is not a Disney Resort Collection hotel.

    You will be able to link other details of your vacation to the app! Dining reservations can also be added and because your tickets are already linked to your account, you will be able to purchase Lightning Lane passes right from the palm of your hand! Don't forget that you can start purchasing and making your selections 3 days ahead of your vacation.
