If we vacation in the same month every year would we be able to get 2 years out of the annual rate pass? Does it expire the month you get it or the date? Example arrive 4/11/2015 and return in April 2016...does it expire on the 11th of 2016 or April 2016?

Hi, Jodi!  Annual passes are good for one year from the date you purchase them - actually 366 days.  If you buy your pass on April 1, 2015, it is good through park closing on April 1, 2016.

While it's not always possible for some people, we try to make sure we squeeze in at least two trips a year with our annual passes.  If we come down to the wire, we plan to at least try to get there a day or two before our annual passes expire.  It really almost feels like going to the parks for free!  The passes have long been paid for, we typically have already gotten our money's worth out of them, and getting to make another trip without having to purchase more passes makes it much more affordable.

I hope this helps with your planning!
