I have a vacation home in Florida and trying to purchase resident tickets and pay with a credit card from another state and it declines. I plan on showing my utility bills at the will call booth.

Welcome to planDisney, Suzanne! I'm so happy to know that you have plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort at the end of November! Thanks for stopping in.

You may want to call the resort to purchase your theme park tickets. A Cast Member will be happy to help you complete your purchase. If you encounter more issues with your credit card, it may be a good idea to reach out to your credit card company.

Showing Proof of Florida Residency is an important part of being able to use tickets meant for Florida Residents. You may bring your documents to any ticket window at all four theme parks or at the Disney Springs guest services center. If you have multi-day tickets, you would only have to show proof right before you use your tickets and they will be good to go for all the days you purchased.

Suzanne, I hope this information is helpful to you as you put those finishing touches on your upcoming trip. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with your plans!
