Hi there, Sarah, and thanks for stopping by planDisney.
Walt Disney World Resort vacations are the stuff of dreams, but even dreams have a price tag! Let's look at how billing should work for your upcoming visit.
I chatted with a friendly Cast Member who said that your best bet is to contact
Guest Services Billing if you made your reservations through the Walt Disney World website. They'll be able to see what kind of reservation you have and why you received that notice. If you booked this through a travel agent or third party, you can contact them for help.
Typically,
vacation packages are secured with a deposit, the balance of which is due
30 days before arrival. If you still need to pay the deposit, that could be the reason for the notice. Another possibility is an issue with the credit card you have on file. I know you want to ensure your vacation is securely booked, so I recommend contacting the appropriate billing department as soon as possible.
The
EPCOT Food & Wine Festival will probably be in full swing during your September visit. Watch the
Disney Parks Blog for announcements, and don't miss the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. I love these complimentary concerts and caught Boyz II Men last year! I can't wait for the schedule to be released for 2024.
Sarah, I'm sending pixie dust and a pocket full of change so you'll resolve your billing questions. Your visit will be magical and worth every penny! Please come back to
planDisney anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
