Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathy!
It sounds like you are dreaming of your upcoming vacation on the bibbidi-bobbidi-blue seas. Have faith in your dreams and someday soon, your ship will be sailing for you!
Cinderella may have had Jaq and Gus to give her a hand with her chores, but Captain Mickey has an amazing crew of Cast Members to keep our staterooms ship-shape. In my experience, each ship has been extremely clean, which is why my family chooses to sail with Disney and they continue to be
recognized as the top ranking cruise line.
I can understand your concern that Lady Tremaine and her daughters may be up to no good and that you want to help your "Cinderelly" create a clean castle for you during your cruise. Sounds like you've found the thingamabob that does the job!
If your wand needs to be plugged in to work it's magic, it would not be allowed onboard per the
prohibited items list. However, I checked with our Fairy Godmothers at Disney Cruise Line and if your magic wand is powered by pixie dust (or batteries), you may be able to use it while you sail. You must inform a Cast Member that you have it with you and bring along the specifications of the tool, including its power source, for the Chief Electrician to approve before use. If it is not approved, Disney Cruise Line will hold the tool for you until the conclusion of your vacation.
I am so excited for you to be transformed by the
magic waiting for you onboard, Kathy! Please visit us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions before the clock strikes midnight on your cruise countdown.
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
