    When do they usually offer the free dining plan for September? Have they ever give you the plus plan in a value resort?

    Hi Maureen,

    In the past, the Disney Dining Plan has been offered from late August through September. However, there is no gurantee that Disney offers the plan in the future. They have offered it for Value Resorts as well.

    I always recommend that if you know you want to go to Disney to book the room for the week you want at the resort you want. If a discount is offered, then call Disney and ask for the offer to be applied to your package. Disney will try and accomodate your request if it is available.

    I recommend signing up with Disney to watch discounts for the Walt Disney World Resorts.
