Hi Amy!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I completely understand the disappointment of canceling a trip to the
Most Magical Place on Earth, especially during the height of the pandemic. I'm very excited that you were able to reschedule your Walt Disney World vacation! Within a short time, you'll be seeing Mickey and Friends while you head down Main Street, U.S.A, enjoying a Dole Whip or Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bar!
Amy, pricing on
tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort is based on time, availability, and capacity. The cost of tickets for the theme parks has increased since you previously booked, and so, you will need to pay the difference between the face value of your tickets (price paid when purchased), and current pricing. As long as the ticket remained wholly unused, you can apply full face value to your new ticket purchases. You will need to reach out to
Guest Services and speak to a Cast Member who will be able to assist you in converting your tickets. Once you have completed that, your tickets can be linked to your My Disney Experience Account, and you can proceed to make
Disney Park Pass reservations.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
Malanie
