ChEARs Wendy,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. And a HUGE congratulations to you! If you are traveling into the Parks with just a stroller, it must mean
your kiddos are graduating! I spent the better part of the past seven yEARs feeling like a sherpa (while lugging all.the.things) in the Parks.
We just visited this past weekend and were stroller and bag-free, and it felt fantastic!
You are more than welcome to go through the “no-bag” security line as long as you don’t have any container at the bottom of the stroller. (I say this one, because RULES, and two, I was that person who accidentally forgot the
snack bag was at the bottom of the stroller and attempted to go through!). Remember, any container that is closed needs to be searched - including small crossbody bags or cell phone cases.
Since you are planning to travel light, you might want to consider
a stroller rental. Single and double strollers are available at
all four Theme Parks and
Disney Springs. You can even do a Length-of-Stay rental to receive a discounted price! We’ve started to rent inside the Parks with more frequency, and it is fantastic! Super convenient and fewer things to carry inside the Parks.
Wendy, if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. We are all EARs!
