    When using online check in, am I able to reserve a particular room immediately? Or, do we have to wait until we actually arrive to choose the room we want? We will be staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort and want to stay in Jamaica.

    Hi Rachel,

    I love using Disney's Online Check-in to make my arrival for my vacation go smooth! By completing this up to 60 days in advance, you choose the amenities at your resort that you find most important and prioritize them.

    While you can not choose a particular room but you can choose a room near transportation, food or a pool. You should be able to request Jamaica at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Disney will try and honor your request.
