using the meal tickets or points with our package.... is it 1 point per person per resturant? or multiple points per person per resturant? any pointers will def help and this is our familys first time going, and were coming from good ol kentucky.

Hi, Larry! I'm glad to help out a neighbor (I'm from Tennessee). For the most part, you redeem one entitlement per person per meal.  There are a few exceptions, though.  Signature restaurants and dinner shows require two Table-Service credits per person per meal/experience.  You can see how many are required at each restaurant by accessing the Disney Dining Plan document (it also answers the most frequently asked questions) here.  The top-listed related resource is the general document.  Under it, you can select the Disney Dining plan you have.  These documents will answer most of your questions.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
