    I have been using the My Disney Experience app to plan my vacation and it constantly times out and makes me sign back in. How am I supposed to use this in the parks if I can't stay logged in for more than a short period?

    I am happy to hEAR you are trying to navigate your My Disney Experience mobile app before your arrival but sorry it is being finicky. This handy-dandy tool is your vacation hub and when working properly will help make your Walt Disney World vacation Practically Perfect. When Guests experience difficulty with their app it is first recommended your mobile settings are updated to the most recent software update, currently for the iPhone that is the iOS 14.6. If you are continuing to experience disruption, the next plan is to uninstall the My Disney Experience mobile app and then reinstall it. Many times these two suggestions work out whatever little hiccups are occurring. And lastly, if you have an iPhone, in your settings scroll down to the Disney World app and make sure the following options are toggled on: 

    Location- While Using
    Bluetooth
    Camera
    Face ID
    Background App 
    Cellular Data

    I hope this works out your conundrum and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
