    I am using the Disney Dining Plan when we visit. One night we plan to go to Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood. Can two members of our party use their credits to purchase the Parrillada de Cerdo Mixta, or must we chose another entree? Thanks!

    I have yet to dine at Toledo-Tapas, Steak & Seafood, but oh my goodness, their menu looks amazing! The Parrillada de Cerdo Mixta sounds delicious (I've had Chuleta kan-kan and it's one of my favorites) and a wonderful use of a Disney Dining Plan credit. Pair this meal with a light 'Cafe con Leche' Choux for dessert and a delicious Sangria and you'll have a meal to remember. I spoke to a Cast Member, and dining credits will be taken from everyone in your group when you are there. ¡Olé!

    Speaking of Toledo, did you know Disney's Coronado Springs Resort offers a class on how to make sangria? Sangria University is a fun weekend class that you and your group can do on an off-park day, and you'll learn all about the history of sangria, sample four of the in-house varieties made at the resort, and make your own in class. Advanced reservations for this Enchanting Extra is highly recommended. You don't want to miss out!
