Hi! Using DCL bus from MCO Hyatt. I've heard that we don't need to select a Port Arrival Time. Will that put us at a disadvantage when boarding? Will cruisers who selected a PAT online board ahead of us, even if we take the earliest bus? Thx

Welcome back aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jennifer!

Your high seas adventure is on the horizon!  Before you know it you will be making some magic for your family and booking your Port Adventures and onboard activities.  I am so excited for you to get ready to sail with Captain Mickey!

When your advance booking window opens and you complete your online check-in, you should select a port arrival time, even if you are taking Disney Cruise Line ground transportation from the airport.  This helps to determine boarding groups and will ensure you are assigned to one that aligns with the time you plan to arrive at the cruise terminal.  If you plan to take an early coach from the airport, I recommend you select the earliest port arrival time available when you check in online.  In the event you end up with a later port arrival time, you can enjoy some lunch and a relaxing morning before you check in for your transfer and head to the coast!

Before you hop on the motor coach on embarkation day, be sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.  It will be the map to all of the treasure included during your cruise, including a schedule of all the activities onboard, dinner menus and more!

Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any questions before you set sail, Jennifer!
