We are using cash instead of our Dining Plan for the Candlelight Processional meal. Our youngest children are 10 and 12. Can they eat a kids meal there and still get the candlelight package? Will they allow them to eat kids meals since they are that old?

Hi, Laura! When you purchase the Candlelight Processional dinner package, the price of the package is based on the age of the person enjoying it.  Children's packages are sold only to children up to the age of nine years old, so both of your children would be charged the adult price for the dinner package.

When you are at the restaurant, it will really be up to the individual restaurant if they can allow you to order meals from the children's menu.  Because you are paying a full price, they may hesitate to allow you to purchase a much more inexpensive meal, but I have seen in some cases where they are able to present you with a larger portion of an item from a children's menu to help compensate.  Again, there isn't any guarantee of this, but you can talk to the restaurant manager when you arrive.

The show itself is spectacular.  It's something that is a must do for my family every year.  I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.
