    I used the Special Spring week day FL resident to purchase a 3 day hopper for my daughter. She is sick and cannot go. Can the purchase be refunded?

    Hello Christine, and welcome to planDisney!  We are glad you brought your question to us.

    I'm so sorry to hear your daughter is sick and is unable to use her tickets at this time.  Florida Resident Disney Weekday Magic Tickets may be used Monday to Friday through April 7.  Generally speaking, ticket purchases are non-refundable.  However, if your daughter is unable to use her ticket prior to the expiration date, according to the details of this special offer:

    • "After the expiration date, the price paid for a wholly unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price."

    Be sure to hold on to your ticket purchase confirmation.  Once the ticket expiration date has passed, the tickets can no longer be viewed in My Disney Experience.  Having the purchase confirmation number will be helpful when exchanging expired tickets for new tickets.  You may wish to contact the Help Center to chat with a Cast Member about other options for your tickets.
