Walt Disney World Resort, and you are so smart to use the
Home Delivery service to have items shipped
directly from the shop to your home. That way you don't have to worry about having enough room to pack your new goodies. Mayra, I may or may not have had to purchase a cute Minnie Mouse suitcase on a recent visit for that exact reason!
Depending on the size and weight of the items you had shipped, they were probably sent via UPS or FedEx. I'd suggest using the tracking number you have on both of those websites under the Tracking tab. I bet you'll hit the jackpot and see where your precious cargo is.
If you're still unable to pin it down, try sending an email to the
Help Center. Be sure to include all the information you have such as the tracking number, the date of purchase, and the location where you purchased the item. I feel certain a capable Cast Member will be able to find it for you.
