Hiya Cheryl!
Welcome to planDisney; I’m so glad you stopped by with your question for us.
The
Disney Gift Card website is most certainly a favorite of mine because it allows me to budget and plan for my family’s Walt Disney World Resort vacations. I like organizing my Disney Gift Cards in categories such as
Dining,
Disney Resort hotel stay, and Souvenirs. By allocating a specific amount on each card, I can easily stick to my budget.
Cheryl, as you know, Guests can create a profile on DisneyGiftCard.com and combine cards into a single card with a value of up to $1000. I’m happy to tell you this service is still available, and I just used it this week during my vacation. Once you’re at the site, you will want to sign in to the profile that you created. Once when I had an issue transferring funds from one card to another, I visited the
Contact Us page of the website. It allows you to choose “Transfer Funds” as a subject line, and after filling out my contact information, along with the issue I was facing, a Cast Member reached out to assist me pretty quickly. I recommend doing this if you are having any problems.
If you have an iPhone, you can add any
Disney eGift Cards purchased from shopDisney to your Apple Wallet to make quick and easy payments while at the parks without rummaging through your wallet. All you have to do is access the email you received that contains your Disney eGift Card, scroll to the bottom of the email, and select the option “Add to Apple Wallet.” Yippie!
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Cheryl!
