I never used my Dream Pass and it expired so I can’t renew now. What options? I’m told I can apply my previous payments to a new Magic Key when they become available. But, can I instead apply previous payments to buy regular tickets to use all year?

Hi, Pamela! I hope you are having a wonderful day thus far.

I am sorry that your Dream Key expired before you could activate it. As you may know, you have a year to activate your Magic Key after the date of purchase; otherwise, it expires. Per the terms and conditions of the Magic Key, your annual pass is non-refundable; however, you may use a wholly-unused Magic Key toward the purchase of a new Magic Key if available. If you haven’t spoken with a Cast Member on the phone yet, you may want to discuss your options and what steps to take next.

If you can purchase a new Magic Key soon, I wanted to share one of the hidden perks of the program. Magic Key holders enjoy access to specialty food items that constantly change. As of when I am writing this message, Smokejumpers Grill has a specialty Mickey Ear Hat Bowl with Crinkle-cut Fries that is exclusively sold to Magic Key holders. Always keep an eye out for these specialty food and beverage offerings.

Best of luck, and should you have more questions for us, please do come back to the planDisney Panel.

    Magical wishes,
