Venus, I'm happy to share that you have some options when it comes to your ticket's use. My first recommendation is to review the
terms & conditions of your particular ticket purchase. Generally,
Disneyland Resort eTickets are eligible for a fairly lengthy window, and you'll be able to locate the expiration date right underneath the barcode or QR code you received in your email confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in your ticket's terms & conditions, it is possible to apply the price paid for your original wholly-unused and expired ticket to the cost of purchasing a new ticket of equal or greater value, which would carry a new expiration date. In this case, I would recommend that you call Guest Services and speak with a Cast Member using the
Tickets line so that you can get all the details on this particular option. Alternatively, you can request assistance at the Main Entrance Ticket Booths along the esplanade when you arrive at Disneyland Resort.
