Welcome back to planDisney, Linda! I hope you enjoyed your visit to
Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you enjoyed
"Soarin' Around the World", flying on a banshee on
Avatar Flight of Passage, and enjoyed sailing on
"the happiest cruise that ever sailed". Thank you for submitting your question to us!
"Oh, bother." I am sorry to hear you weren't able to use all of your theme park tickets during your visit. I am happy to offer some help and help you "wayfind" the right answer.
If your theme park tickets were
date-based, they would have expired after the selected start date. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. What you can try to do is call the
Existing Tickets line and see what options are available. I have heard of guests being able to use the original price of the unused tickets towards new tickets for a future date and even towards an
Annual Pass. If ticket prices increase in the future, a difference would have to be paid, and if they are the same price, it would be an even swap. Sending you all the pixie dust for luck!
Linda, thanks again for your question. Visit planDisney again in the future when you are ready to plan your next visit. Just like Jiminy Cricket, you can count on planDisney to "be your guide!".
Magic Awaits!
