The 3 of us has food allergies: gluten, egg, cow´s milk and some fruits. So: in wich hotel food court should I find more options Music o Sports, and it´s there options on MK/HS?

Hi Rebeca! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you're here, and I'm super excited to help you out today! I understand how important it is for you to feel safe and comfortable during your vacation, especially when it comes to special dietary accommodations. But don't worry, I've got your back, and I'm here to ensure you have a fabulous time during your visit!

The great news is that most table-service and select quick-service restaurants, including Resort locations, are more than happy to accommodate most common allergy-friendly requests and intolerances without any hassle. They can cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions, including eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. And if you need meals made without gluten, lactose, corn, citrus, nightshades, or MSG, they'll do their absolute best to accommodate your request.

Now, I do have a few tips to make your dining experience even better:

    - Avoid carts and kiosks as they usually don't have allergy-friendly menus.

    - If someone in your group has four or more allergy requests, email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com two weeks before your trip and request a Special Dietary Request Form. The Special Diets team will help you navigate the dining process and available options, which may include giving the restaurants you plan to visit advance notice.

    - Use mobile ordering on your personal device to save time and hassle. You can filter for allergy-friendly menu items and see the list of all ingredients for each order, so you can order with peace of mind.

    - Don't be afraid to ask to speak with a Special diets-trained Cast Member at any dining location, including quick-service restaurants and Resort food courts.

I hope these tips help you have a magical time during your stay, Rebeca. And if you have any more questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask. We're here to help our friends like you.

    Cheers
    Nilson
